As we are eager to provide the best training solution specifically suited to your company's needs, all our trainers undergo regular and comprehensive reviews to ensure that we are best equipped to provide training on all product versions up to and including the latest releases from the various software manufacturers for which we provide training.
There is nothing worse than attending a course that is too basic or too advanced. To assist in ascertaining the correct level of training required, comprehensive TNAs (Training Needs Analysis forms) are available for delegates to complete prior to booking them on a course, thus ensuring your staff attend the correct course.
It is quite common for self taught delegates to be familiar with topics from each of the levels available for a particular course. In these circumstances, as most companies these days are subject to strict training budgets, Central IT Training can tailor a course to meet the needs of the delegate. Therefore rather than attending each of the levels for a particular course, a single training session can be devised to cover all the required topics.
In order to consistently provide the finest levels of training, courses are restricted to a maximum of 6 delegates. This ensures that there is a comprehensive coverage of the course materials, and that any queries which arise during the training, can be resolved without compromising the quality of the course.
You may have several members of staff that do not need to attend a training course, however they still have problems that they need to resolve. Central IT Training can provide a trainer who can be present at your premises for a day allowing members of staff to resolve particular problems that do not warrant a full training course.
Courses are also available for delegates that wish to sit and pass the Microsoft Office Specialist or European Computer Driving Licence exams. All courses include sample questions which can be sat in test conditions if required.

Post Course Manual
A quick reference guide giving step by step, easy to follow instructions for all the topics covered on the course is provided for each delegate. This can either be on disk or produced as a paper manual.
Free Post Course Help Desk
To resolve any problems or queries following the training course an unlimited e-mail based help desk is provided free of charge to assist delegates to complete any projects they have been assigned to do within the scope of the course they have attended.
Course Certificate
A certificate is given to each delegate on completion of the course, which is signed by the trainer confirming that they have completed the course to a satisfactory standard.
In addition to training, Central IT Training also offers a consultancy service. If you do not have anyone with the skills required to complete a project, and do not have the time to send a member of staff on a training course, we can assist by completing the necessary work.
